Well, you know my charm is infamous.

Truthfully, I was a tad surprised when Gaynell actually showed up. Can you imagine meeting a gaggle of FTers for the very first time? She was a very brave woman ... and a great FA too! ^

Fred... you are correct. DebUA1K and her husband were there as well as Seeya and others.

Cite's also a great place for birthdays. I think Howie and his parents did NOT do the wine dinner. That was a great evening and I got to meet several nice Flyeratlkers for the first time including Skye1.

LarryU: I do remember Gaynell and yes, she was a brave woman to hang out with a bunch of frequent flyers. She added class to the evening.

Know we can't stop Cite from closing but S&W should read this thread.

Yeah, I'm sure the prospect of a yearly (at best) all prix-fixe dinner by customers consuming every last drop of wine they can will really move the pendulum.

As long as it's not a Wed night, I'm all for attending this one!

How unfortunate. After hearing about Cit so many times here on FT, it is on the list of restaurants to visit on an upcoming trip to the city. So either 2/24 or 2/25 will be my first and last visit to Cit. Oh well, at least I'll be able to say I was there at least once...

Baring emergencies... a Friday works best for me (I'm off from work.) March 9 works as well.

Friends, if you would permit me... I'd like to start a new thread to announce the dinner date.

Have a MEOWY Day!
