Invite an FT RoadWarrior to Thanksgiving Dinner

I got this idea from a thread in OMNI where people were posting that they were having Thansgiving dinner in their hotel rooms while on the road for work. I thought "hey, if I were in that city I'd invite them to Thanksgiving dinner at my house!" So, if you're a RoadWarrior post here where you'll be and maybe someone will invite you. Or, if you're willing to host a RoadWarrior, post here and maybe someone will accept.

I'll be first: I'm in the DC Metro Area (Arlington, VA) and would be willing to host up to 4 FTers for Thansgiving dinner. If you're interested in coming, please PM me or post here no later than Friday 17 November so I can plan.

Happy Thanksgiving!

OK, I'll bite!

I'll be home near TPA, I could host one or two FTers. So far it will be just mom and me. I told some other relatives that we "have plans", so we wouldn't have to invite them over. Please PM me by 11/17.

Do you think CommunityBuzz, and this thread in particular, is the place for that kind of post?

You're always welcome at my house whether it's Thanksgiving or not, MapleLeaf.

I would offer a place myself, but I am living out of a suitcase until mid to late December... no home right now.

Ah the joys of moving.
