Suggestions for Overseas job search
I've been based in the USA for too long and have finally decided to flee to coop. I've done a cursory search on the some expat job sites, but the results are quite...disappointing. I am interested in any suggestions for any websites that anyone has had past experience with.

If anyone is hiring or knows of anyone looking for a bi-lingual Marketing, Bar/Restaurant, Logisitics, or Operation Management guru to be based in Asia, with an office in Shanghai or Taipei, please feel free to contact me at your earliest convieneince and I'll happily send my CV.

I think you're better off applying to US-based companies that have offices in the location you want to be. Or going to the location you want and applying in person from there.
