How About a 7-9 PM Happy Hour at Clydes in Chinatown? We all can drink and socialize at the Bar upstairs?

I may well be up for it. I get into DCA around 19:00 so after checking in at hotel etc. should be there for 20:00.

Two questions:
1. Can one smoke in said upstairs bar?
2. Where is it? (if heading from Crystal city, metro or cab)

clyde's is at the gallery pl/chinatown metro, so take the yellow line from crystal city.

Take the Yellow Line on the Metro, get off at Gallery Place(Chinatown) take the exit to Chinatown, make a right going out of the escalators then you will see Fuddruckers, make a left on the sidewalk and walk all the way until you see the Regal 18, Clydes is right there...if you walk past McDonalds...you went too far ;)

Took an hour to get there and find parking somewhere 6 blocks away due to Verizon Center game. Called your # and left message, also asked 4 bartenders and about 6 groups of people if they were with Flyertalk and only got puzzled looks. Clydes has 2 bars downstairs and 1 upstairs, I could not find anyone!
