17th ought to work for me.....Seeing how I missed out on the best part of Maria's!! I'm up for either ORD area or the city, depending on the thoughts of the group....Will keep an eye on the thread!

Best wishes, Dave

Great, looking forward to seeing you bseller!

BTW, I updated the first post with a RSVP list, date & time.

Is 7:00pm ok with everyone? We are still waiting to hear back from SW as to the best place for dinner.

If staying near ORD is a goal, the places I listed are out.

But bseller and I know of a tacqueria in Des Plaines that is quite delicious and cheap. Is DP ok?

You know what, I feel selfish for holding us back from the best possible food. The reason I asked to stay near ORD is because I have to be up super early on Friday, but I'll manage. Anything and anywhere is cool.

Seeing as the confirmed list is all folks who do not live in the city, let's have dinner @

Arandas Taqueria
1721 E Oakton St
Des Plaines, IL
(847) 390-0899

A cheap yet very good Tacqueria. To note, Arandas does NOT serve beer/alcohol and they are not a BYOB place. This does not affect me, anyone else?

Look forward to seeing everyone there!! Let me know if any rides are needed from "nearby" ORD, as it'll be easy for me....

Best wishes, Dave

I think you should just follow ENick's suggestion and rebook for the last flight out!
