YUL Lunch
Totally bummed that I'm missing the Chicago meal triathalon on the 14th, I would like to invite FTers to lunch in what is becoming my second home. I know several Chicago-based folks are into a YUL meal, especially if we go for some nice fatty smoked meat. So here are some possible dates:
November 15-17
November 22-27 (I know, Thanksgiving, well, American Thanksgiving, but if you don't already have plans...)
December ??? I will be in Montral at least two weeks in December. Probably the week of the 16th, maybe earlier. Certainly will be leaving by the 20th for a white christmas in Chicago.
I think that if anyone wants to make the effort, we should plan lunch at a typically Montral smoked-meat joint, then dinner in a nice French restaurant. Montral tends to eat later, but I'm sure we can get you to YUL for the last flight out if we plan well...
