Greetings fellow FTers.

I'm looking for people who work in the ski industry, especially (but not limited to) people who work for resorts or know management in resorts (anywhere in the world).

A colleague of mine here in Australia has started a business involved in providing some interesting equipment into the industry, but he needs first-hand knowledge of processes, etc. He will be doing a round the world flight in a few weeks, with stops in the US Europe and Japan in particular, and as he's only become a FTer in the last few weeks (a true newbie) he's too frightened to ask, so I volunteered.

While he's traveling, and if he's in the same neck of the woods, he'd likely take you to lunch or dinner to get a few hours of insight (and Aussies love to drink, too...)

Consider this a blatant networking request, and if you're kind and willing enough to participate, I would certainly appreciate it. As a way of saying thank you, i've got some lovely gifts (not much value, 1k drink coupons, etc.) that i'll send out to people who reply - and if you know anyone who is an ski-industry FTer and doesn't visit this forum, please pass this on.
