Balkans roll-call
That would not, of course, include me.
However comma, I am curious if and how many FTers call that part of Europe home. The way I figure it, there's almost no place on the planet you can go and not have the company of an FTer if you so desire.
I'll be in Belgrade next summer for a week or maybe two and would love to meet up with other FTers as I wander throughout the former Yugolsavia and surrounding neighbors.

Surprisingly, the Balkans region is not represented on the Where we all live thread.

Yes, Kiwi Flyer, it is surprising. Last I knew, there was one or were possibly two FTers in Tallin, Estonia. You'd think a city the size of Belgrade and a region as large as the Balkans would turn up an intrepid FTer or two.
Just to go a little further OMNI, I'm also seriously considering a sidetrip to MSQ (Minsk, Belarus), if I their embassy approves of my sponsorship. Trouble with my host sponsor is that he's vice chairman of the leading opposition party -- which is really saying something since all the opposition parties in Belarus are vastly outmanned and outgunned by one of the last, true dictatorships of Eastern Europe.
