Join us for the evening. It will be fun, for sure. We'll set the time once we have more people signed up.

Here's a link with some pictures of the Bubble Lounge.

but don't drink too much

or you may windup with a wayward cabbie who takes your money and then (possibly) kills you...
I love champagne but I would not go to this place if I were paid to do so - in the height of the dot com days it was packed with yups with more money then brains and suburbian blue-collar girls who were trying to pick up rich dot-commers...leading to way too much drinking all around.

Not that a bar is always responsible for the drunks it serves, but in the case above the poor girl should have been cut off WAY before closing...

Please put me on the maybe list - way too far in advance to commit.

BTW, the food next door at Bocadillos (tapas) is excellent. If anyone is up for pre- or post-champagne tapas, let me know...

Oh god, now you've got me wondering if it's a good spot. Nevertheless, I'm sure it's clientele has changed considerably, as have the fortunes of the dot-commers who once blew their wallets there.

My expectations are simpler. It looks like a nice enough place. I absolutely love champagne, I've never met any flyertalkers in person. So I think we can make it a fun time.

Come anyway squeakr. It's our company that will make it fun.

Sorry

I had to cancel my trip. I guess that means that someone else might have to coordinate this "do"
