or you may windup with a wayward cabbie who takes your money and then (possibly) kills you...
I love champagne but I would not go to this place if I were paid to do so - in the height of the dot com days it was packed with yups with more money then brains and suburbian blue-collar girls who were trying to pick up rich dot-commers...leading to way too much drinking all around.
Not that a bar is always responsible for the drunks it serves, but in the case above the poor girl should have been cut off WAY before closing...

BTW, the food next door at Bocadillos (tapas) is excellent. If anyone is up for pre- or post-champagne tapas, let me know...

My expectations are simpler. It looks like a nice enough place. I absolutely love champagne, I've never met any flyertalkers in person. So I think we can make it a fun time.
Come anyway squeakr. It's our company that will make it fun.
