SIN Run 2006
You have heard about it. You know you want to be part of it. Well, now is the time to start planning to clear the decks and head on down to Singapore over MLK weekend in 2006. That is January 14 and 15 (Sat. and Sun.) for the rest of the civilized world.
The feast in the Southeast is on again. It is called the SIN Run 2006 and this year we are four years old and still going strong. Info on times places and events scheduled so far can be checked out on the website for this event at:
http://home.inter.net/mjm/sinrun06.html
This thread will also always be a good place to find out the latest on who is signed up (which will also be updated regularly on the website), what events are being suggested, special deals on hotels etc, etc.
Last year’s group was full of new faces who I am hoping and betting will be repeat attendees. This year it seems we already have a large number of first timers again. The event has continued to be a terrific mix of returning SINners and fresh faces. With more than 30 people already signed up and many of those ticketed, we may be headed towards a record turnout. Who knows, we may have taken over the whole restaurant when they start bringing out the platters of Pepper Crabs, Chili Crabs, and all the wonderful assorted munchies that Singapore has to offer.
You are officially invited to come on down and join in the fun on the equator.
Mike
