I think I am the only one who have not been asked for any kind of survey from Westin Nusa Dua. Oh well ...

Glad to inform you that the b'day cake from SQ out of ICN is different than the one out from SIN. From SIN, it was a chocolate cake. From ICN, it just a butter cake with cream and cut almond around it with one cherry on top.

No you're not...I did receive an e-mail from Alex Riva last week, but no surveys for me.

I should clarify. No survey... as well as no e-mail from Alex Riva ... :( This is the first property I stayed that did not send any e-mail and/or survey. But no worry... next year we are in different hotel right? :D :D

I received my SPG points properly two or three days after the stay. May be, in your case, no miles because wrongly credited as SPG points in your SPG account, instead of miles on SQ?
