Chicago Dinner - Tango Sur - Sunday April 17
It's a new month and time for a new series of Chicago dining... When we started planning the Mortons dinner, UnitedSkies suggested it would also be fun to make a trip to Tango Sur this spring! Tango Sur is (from Metromix.com) "storefront BYOB restaurant is a meat lover's dream, grilling large cuts of Argentinian beef topped with chimichurri. Appetizers and entrees include deep-fried empanadas stuffed with beef, chicken or ham and cheese; matambre (rolled veal cooked with vegetables); and milanesa a caballo (fried breaded beef topped with two eggs)."
Since it's BYOB (with no corkage fees), I'm pretty sure I can find some malbec to donate to the cause. Anyone else?
Where: Tango Sur, 3763 North Southport
When: Sunday April 17 @ 6:00 pm
Confirmed:
UnitedSkies

tamorrell
ElmhurstNick

Maybe:
Grasshopper
iluv2fly (even though he hasn't said to put him on the list)
gleyser
Has someplace else to be but is trying to make amends for it...:

Oh I wish I could make this but I can't
However, I can contribute either a bottle of Bombay or Absolut, full unopened 1 liter bottles. Catch is, you guys have to finish it that same night

Wow, it's been years since I've been there!
I'm a maybe, I might have a work trip conflict. I won't know until the end of next week at the earliest.
