Will he be surprising us at SMD II?

Freddie has been temporarily misplaced before - no need to panic just yet.

This seems to be the last indication of Freddie's whereabouts.

Does anyone know more? Nicksterguy, can you comment?

Nicksterguy was last on FT an hour ago.

When Freddie Jr is found, it might be an appropriate time to send him to House of Miles to Randy as a sign of our great affection for him. Perhaps Randy can find a place of honor at his ranch for Freddie.

I made a similar suggestion last year, (Post 563, on Page 38, if you're viewing 15 per page), but the response was mostly negative. Perhaps with Randy's withdrawal from FT, it might be worth giving it another look?

We do need to actually find Freddie first though!

Unfortunate that he couldn't travel on SMD2!:( He had a great time on SMD1!:cool:

Freddie Jr is now safely in my hands. Thank you, nicksterguy. He arrived a few minutes ago, complete with suitcase, backpack, and too many tags, badges, and memorabilia to list. He's certainly not traveling as lightly as the days when I stuffed him in a South African Airlines amenity bag. There are wonderful memories there, that tell of lots of flyertalkers and lots of incredible events. He has now entered pre-retirement. I will take responsibility for getting him home, hopefully this spring. At that point, then, I anticipate his traveling days are over.
