Hi
Just popping in to say Hi.. been on a long hiatus.. might have some interesting trips comming up towards the end of the year, so maybe I would start writing trip reports again.
But it seems that the quality of trip reports here have gone up quite a bit since I last posted.. so I might have to brush up a bit and think of some new stuff to include in my trip reports to make them exciting again..

Great to hear from you again tfung. Your reports will be most welcome here. I do agree woth your assessment that the quality of the reports has gone-up. We have been fortunate to get some really talented writers come on board.
FWIW, your Summer 2001 report on your Oneworld Explorer was the inspiration for me to do one the next summer. I appreciated the effort you put into that and all your others.

I am sure I speak for all of Flyertalk when I say that we eagerly await the next installment of tfung's now legendary Trip Reports. Can he beat his own record of going around the world in First Class without leaving an airport? Stay tuned...
However, in the interest of housekeeping and fairness I must also move this thread to the Community forum (with a redirecting link maintained from Trip Reports of course). Personal messages such as this are marginally more appropriate there than the Trip Reports forum.
Thanks

More than anyone else's, your reports are what inspired me to start writing Trip Reports. If you never change a thing about how you write your Trip Reports, I've no doubt that they will still rank amongst the very finest and will be enthusiastically received by all Trip Report afficianados.
