Hunki actually has a perfect Armani body. When he got his new Armani tux, the tailor said, "There is not a thing in the world I could do to make that jacket fit any better". Of course, now he is making me sick carrying on about having to get the trousers for his suit taken in again before the trip.

Actually, if Ozstamps does decide to come, maybe he and Cholula can have a best dressed peasant contest. :D :D

Rumor has it that Ozstamps does have some miles, in the event that ticket prices don't drop. ;)

But do remind him that he need not bring any of that repulsive Ozzie kangaroo dung that he likes to spread on crackers for his friends to sample.

If you mean Vegemite then it's fine stuff, second only to Marmite - the finest spread in the known universe :D

Wait a minute! You didn't say that I had to bring a suit and a tux, too!
And not check any baggage.

No tuxes are for high rollers. We just want to walk around and gawk. :)

That's the stuff. If Bernie is asked nicely he may still have some sachets I took over to DUS in June for the uninitiated to try. I saw Bernie placing the entire box away in a cupboard. Or maybe that was his built-in trash bin? :(

His face did look kinda funny and screwed up as he did this, and he was also coughing a lot after sampling it, and making other strange noises. And all along I have thought that was a German expression of intense enjoyment. ;)

Now what Vegemite tastes like with a few drops of Cholula as garnish, I have no idea. I may try some for lunch, and experiment. @:-) @:-)

This might pave the way for a new International taste sensation, and I'll make so much money from it, I can afford to PAY for business class to Venice. :D

I don't know about the Vegemite, but the Cholula sure kicks up the peanut butter on Saltines. :D

Can't speak for Cholula but I take great exception to this insult, and belive it may even breach the Flyertalk TOS?

For the record, I shop in the DESIGNER section of WalMart, and some of my shirts even run into double figure totals when tax is added. ;)

ozstamps...I don’t know about you but I’m getting just a little tired of this holier than thou attitude!
What part of Denny’s, Ramada Inn, Burger King and Target don’t you folks understand?
All the VCE Meet folks who REALLY want to travel First Class, stick with us. We’ll show you a part of Venice you’ll never believe!!

Having just dined with Mr and Mrs. Cholula, I can tell you that they are they are \wonderful; even my two dogs loved them and slurped their faces. We talked about VCE. I know, at least four who are looking forward to O2K's Venice--white truffles, opera, fresh fish, watertaxis and, hey, just follow my lead. Are you listening, Dorlee, and Monitor?

As O2K reported, Mrs. Cholula and I were again thrilled to have dinner with O2K and Dr. O2K for at least the third time this year. We had dinner at a swanky restaurant in Brentwood, CA which is run by the famous Son of O2K!
Celebrity sightings in addition to O2K and Cholula were Helen Hunt..two tables over, Sean Penn at the table behind us and a glimpse of Sir Richard Branson. Slight debate over this sighting but we’re relatively sure. :)
BTW, as much as we were happy to see O2K and Dr.O2K again, we were even more thrilled to meet Hannibal and Lucky!!
We’re trying to talk them into bringing Hannibal and Lucky over for The Great VCE Meet in November!

I certainly hope they aren't. You might scare them off.

Opera: Okay, opera is good. I have nothing against opera. La Traviata is good. Well, actually, she was bad but if she hadn't been bad she would never have had an opera written about her. (She was a wanton hussy, but most men were happy to give her exactly what she was wanton.)

White Truffles: Here's where O2K starts veering off into Cloud Cuckooland. Who in their right mind would pay tons of Euros to have their food infested by fungi? I never even order anything which has the ordinary porcini (which is what Italians, for some unfathomable reason, call "mushrooms") and those are free.

Fresh Fish: Very, very, frightening thought. The fish is fresh because the Venetians catch them right there in the canals before cooking them for you. These are the very same canals that are so polluted that the water is not even allowed to be used in processes which require it to be clean enough to qualify as "pre-treated industrial waste water." How, you may well wonder, do the Venetians eat this fish and stay healthy? Who ever said that they did? They only sell it to tourists. They, themselves, live on a strict diet of tortellini and pork cutlets. Exception: Every Venetian makes regular visits to the US, so he can have breakfast at Denny's.

Watertaxis: Stick to the vaporetto or walk. Watertaxi drivers are just like their New York City counterparts -- when they get an out-of-towner they take the long route just to build up the fare. This is bad enough when it involves detouring along Fifth Avenue on a trip from Chinatown to Little Italy but when you are going from Piazza San Marco to the Rialto and you suddenly find the watertaxi turning right on Fifth Avenue, you know you are for a whopping bill!

Bargain hunters: Iberia Airlines, JFK-MADRID-VCE: $448 (including taxes).

I looked at the prices for Nov 17, returning Nov 24 and do not know what other dates would cost.

Iberia is part of One World, for you AA fans.
