Calendar check for October
I can't make any sense out of the calendar feature, and the "pending doo" thread seems to have fallen by the wayside. So...
I'm planning the next Barcelona/Sitges Do and looking for a weekend that won't conflict with anything else. Can anyone who pays attention to these things tell me how the last two weekends in October look?

I just looked at the online FT calendar and found nothing but birthdays. DEK has a great lobster and leaf event in October. From memory it is the 2nd week of October, and if so, not a conflict with your party planning.

I'll be making a decision this week. As for now, it looks like Halloween in the BCN.
For those of you playing along at home, a poll. Would you rather have:
(a) A gastronomic tour of BCN
(b) An architectural tour (i.e., Gaud) of BCN
(c) Both

Funny, we were just having a conversation over lunch on Monday about eating McDonalds in other countries...and I think we were all in agreement that the only justification for that would be a hangover...

FWIW, my vote: both. It'll have to be a "quickie" trip though...I can see it now:
FM: Mr./Ms. LawSchoolProf(s), can I have my assignment(s) for the next few days ahead of time?
Prof: What fer? How's come?
FM: I gotta go to a Halloween party in BCN...
Workin' on a BA ticket 10/28 - 11/1....as I understand it, though, I may have to use an FC award, no biz seats for the flights I want. Bummer.
