Do Donner this evening

The dinner starts at 18:30 rather than at 19:00 as usual. Here’s a map showing the restaurant, BINGE Craftbeer where we were last night and Y.Market Brewery.

Ise Shrines trip travelling arrangenpments

We will be travelling on a Kintetsu Limited Express train to Iseshi. We have 18 reserved seats in groups of 8, 8 and 2. This means we will have to board the train in groups of 8 at a time. It is important we will all be together before we board. Our seats are upstairs in car #3.

Each person must pay Ą1740 in addition to travel from Kintetsu Nagoya to Iseshi. This can be paid by using IC cards such as Suica, Pasmo, etc. (Ą1340 you gave me only covers the seat reservation and limited express charge.)

No arrangements have been made for the return journey as there are many options to choose from.

Bus tour to Takayama and Shirakawa-go, Sunday, 31 March

Meeting time: 7:50am
Meeting place: Meitetsu Bus Center 4F, Nagoya Station

Please bring a printout or a screenshot of your reservation documents which you should have received with the confirmation email.

The following link which everyone should have received with their booking confirmation should be very clear.
https://www.meitetsu-kankobus.com/wp...017/04/map.pdf

Less than 100m south of where we met for the Ise Shrine trip this morning you will find Nana-chan Doll.

You should see a sign close to the doll for the Meitetsu Bus Center and an escalator going up to floor 3.

At the top find another escalator up to floor 4.

Go around to the right and left to a reception counter where you are expected to report by 7:50am.

I understand seats are allocated in the order of reservation.

Thank you! I challenged myself with a single lens for the whole weekend. I was using an 85mm f/1.8 on a Nikon Z6ii. So not the ideal lens for close up photos, but it can give a nice look. Mounted on a small Z6ii, it doesn't look intimidating. With no shutter sound at all, I looked like a typical tourist fumbling with my camera. Overall, a fun experience with a camera.
