Fun dinner last night, great group of Flyertalkers !!!
Here is what we dined on:
Banh Xeo - Vietnamese crispy pancake with shrimp, pork, bean sprouts, lettuce, mints leaves and fish sauce.
Goi Ga - Chicken salad. Steamed chicken mixed with cabbage, onions and mints, served with fish sauce.
Bo Tai Chanh - Rare beef salad with lime juice, mixed with onions and cilantro.
CA & Thit Heo Kho to - Catfish and pork simmered in clay pot with hot red pepper, black pepper, green onions and special fish sauce.
Tm st me Chua not - Deep fried whole large shrimp with tamarind sauce, dried hot pepper and green onion
Here is what we dined on:

Sounds like fun! I just joined the forum and live in the Chicago area, so I would love to chat in person at the next dinner. I love dining out, and enjoy everything from hole-in-the-wall ethnic restaurants to Michelin-star tasting menus!
