This reminds me of Randy Petersen some years back when talking about this topic:

We actually have two members with post count that exceed 50,000. Both GUWonder and Kiwi Flyer have posted beyond that level. Another three members are in their "40s" and another 4 are in their "30s".
And this despite an exception where posts made in OMNI are not included in the post count since FlyerTalk is still based on the premise of being the preferred place for the topics of miles, points and travel.
What is astounding is that if you were to look at the posts of both the 50,000+ members, you'd find a treasure trove of helpful and informative information which I am not only impressed by, but honored by their presence on FlyerTalk. For whatever reason I was looking at a few of their posts recently and they are as good or even better than their first posts!
But 100,000 -- that's a healthy number of posts for any place on the Internet.
And since I recently gave a new Apple iPad to the member who posted the 1,000,000th thread on FlyerTalk, I'm wondering what I could possibly do for the member who first gets to 100,000 posts, but truthfully, whomever it might be, I'm sure to them it's not about their post count, they really do like being here. And that's my kind of member.
Thanks for the question and thanks to everyone who has posted to FlyerTalk .. and to those whose first post is yet to come.

Late as it is, I would like to say thank you to Randy Petersen for those kind words above about my posts and the posts of other members of this site. Contributing to this site for the rest of my posts since the time of the above quote has also been a privilege and rewarding in its own ways for me; and I hope my second set of 50k posts has been at least as helpful, informative, thoughtful, thought-provoking and entertaining for fellow members and other travelers as the first set of 50k posts.
