Friendster has just changed the way they reported the number of people in your personal network 
. I'm now down to 123K people in my 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree criterian in my network.
It is definitely hoky, but it actually is interesting who you get to "meet" there.

As a fellow Brit, Fraser, I've added you to my friendster list; the concept seems really dorky and nerdy in the UK, but seems to going down a storm in the US. As such, I only add my American friends to it - I'd never ask my local friends to sign up! But the trouble is I only seem to have four friends!
