Looks like we'll just miss you. We have a group of 12 coming down from SEA on Friday 3/19, seeing the M's vs. Royals at Surprise on 3/20, then going to Hohokam in Mesa to see the Cubs vs. Padres on Sunday 3/21. Then we're playing (ok, I'll be duffing) golf on Monday. This will be our fifth annual trip...the party gets crazier every year with this beer swillin' cigar smoking band o' crazies. I pity AS on the flight down and back.
Whatever you do, if you're into wings at all (mild, medium, hot, suicide, honey BBQ, like 10 different kinds) and you have a rental car, you gotta go to Papillons Too in Mesa...it's this bar in a little strip mall at the southeast corner of Broadway and Gilbert in Mesa. Dumpy looking on the outside, best wings on the planet. Have a great time, let me know if you wind up extending your trip...we'll be at the Embassy Suites Airport at 44th St and the Wyndham Airport.

I guess everybody's going at different times. I'll be there 3/11-15 to see the Cubbies play three times - in Peoria, Mesa and Scotsdale.
Thanks, fredmartens, for the "wings tip!"

Jan, we're headed over to Papillon's Too in Mesa after the Cubbies game on Sunday (probably about 4PM) if you're interested. We may need another for golf on Monday morning if you're up for that also (I think we have 5 now?). Schedule's pretty loose, we leave out of Sky Harbor at about 5 on Monday, hope we can catch up with you.
I'm surprised there aren't more FT'ers coming in for Spring Training! Baseball, golf, flying, beer, wings, cigars & sunshine! What the heck else could a person want?

So, you're posting to say your coming to Spring Training two months late, but won't have any time anyway? </font>
