How did I know that your were a computer guy? Hmmmmm not many people know that xyzzy (the program not the guy) was an old form of IRC on the ol' BITNET; back in the 80's and early 90's.

I figured with xyzzy as your handle that you were some old time computer geek. Now I know for sure! (linuxexpo)

Actually, it was the first magic word in the first computer adventure game, The Colossal Cave -- long before BITNET

Send me some mail if you're going to be at the show (or if you need an expo pass)! I think we both got the name wrong, BTW it's Linuxworldexpo

Thanks for the pass though, but I will pass. Not really a Linux guy, barely a Unix guy. Also, I have done my fair share of PC Expos in my time (I know, different show).

Actually, the last couple of years this show has been more of a generic computer show than a strictly Linux one. There aren't too many other computer shows in NYC these days.

Besides, technically I not in the computer industry anymore, but the manufacturing industry; however, I do some light IT work at the job.

Have fun at the show!
