MLK Weekend
Curious where everyone was going to be going for the long weekend in January 17,18,19 Ill be flying out to LAX from RDU and spending two nights in LAS. I'm sure a lot of people are doing MR's that weekend, maybe some people can get together. I personally have never met anyone from FT and would like to.

I might be going to Vegas with some non-FT friends over MLK/Lee-Jackson weekend (adding the Lee-Jackson as a Virginian who is interested in the Civil War).
It depends upon if the main organizer of the trip has money left over after closing on his new house and buying furniture. If we don't go then, we may go in February.

I'll be in LAX from the 16th to the 18th. I'm meeting a girl from TUS there (not an FT'er, just a girl I haven't seen in a few years), but if that goes sour I'd be down with meeting up with some FT'ers.

Check out the Community Do Index for the various gatherings already organized for MLK weekend. I remember three for sure - Singapore, London, and Palm Springs. You're welcome to join in any of them, or organize another.
