For example.
If you arrive at gate C39 and are going to depart B8, then should you ride all the way to the B terminal, or ride to the C1-C16 station and walk to the B terminal?
I am not really all that lazy, just looking for the fastest way around.

Before this thread gets locked (since it is off-topic for Community), I'll just say that I will never ride the stupid DFW TRAAIN again after having missed my flight a couple years ago due to a breakdown. Besides - it really isn't that hard to walk (or run like hell) between the gates - it just takes a few minutes.
The new train (isn't there one being built?) might be worth a shot, until its reliability screws me.

The airport maps on the walls all over the place show gates to which it's faster to walk from the map location in one color, those to which the TrAAin is faster in another. I personally find them conservative as regards walking speed, but that's me; your speed may differ. In any case, and barring breakdowns such as suggested in an earlier post, they're at least a guide.

This is off-topic for Community, so I will move it to the AA Forum.
As a DFW flyer, I also use the posted guides that Efrem references above. I pretty much will walk if I'm in the same terminal or going from A to C, for example.
The TrAAin has victimized many a traveler with a tight connection... if you are that tight, you are better off flagging down a cAArt or just running!
(oh, and on a Community note, welcome to FT... we have a FTer already from Broken Bow, OK - PeachesBB - and so now we have the other half represented!
