El Boocho mentioned a couple ideas in DC to me, and there was other talk of a gathering around Dulles Aug. 15. I wonder if, to be fair, the next one should be in DC, though.

Joh and I had a great evening, meeting a lot of familiar faces and new ones too .. most of whom we got to say "hi" to. I think Viajero said there were 20-25 folks there over the evening (?) including many faces we had not seen for ages.

Including Debbie, AASweets who flew in from Wisconsin, and has kept her amazing record intact of having less FT posts than "Do's" she has attended. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

Thanks especially to gleff for suggesting the terrific venue and for the ride in. And Going Away for the ride back. Thanks. I'm terrible with names and almost as bad with FT handles.

The outdoor deck was a big improvement over the original cramped tables they gave us. A few of us were still outside talking a half hour after they turned out the lights inside.
