Me and FT
I have been a member of FT for almost 6 months now. I have learned quite a bit and have dispensed a little knowledge that I could offer. I have been fortunate to have met many FTers locally and even some abroad although my wife is still slow to accept my fascination(addiction) to FT.
How has FT changed my travels? Not a whole lot because I am not a super-flyer. I don't like flying <can hear a pin drop> but it is the truth. I don't even enjoy flying intl. first class. I more or less tolerate flying.
I do however enjoy airport lounges. I do not own any FF earning credit cards. I have only status with Hilton. I have no status with any domestic airlines. I only have worthless status with KE.
But FT has changed the way I think about travel, that's for sure. I now know that I have many options. When I do need to get on a plane, I am a much more knowledgeable than I used to be before I came across FT. I have often benefitted from the advice of experienced FTers that has saved me money but importantly time when I am travelling. Some of my friends actually think that I am an expert now
(ha,ha)
I just wanted to say thanks to all the nice and smart people that comprise FT. You know who you are. Did you know FT had chat? You should try it some time. It will help your typing speed. Please holler if you ever come through ORD.

You don't like flying? Say it isn't so...
Next thing you will say is that you do not like bathroom speakers!!!
Thanks for the contributions and brief Chat chat.

Trust me, its worth having dinner with korea71. Often times you get a free gift out of it.....just don't try and take his picture.
And certainly don't you dare say negative things about McRib....
