Tequlia DO?

Well I have seen the Vodka event etc. And as a young person would like to set up a under 30 tequlia DO (J/K about the under 30) Would like to do something with Anejo Tequlia's I could throw in a Bottle of Don Julio etc. Participants would bring their favorite tequlia. Location in California. Maybe Bay Area, LA, San Diego. GEt a nice suite somewhere. Do dinner nearbye, and Tequlia shots back at the suite. If anyone is interested and or can give input post it here. I never set one of these up, but I have a few free days in July. Looking to do between July 1-10. June is available some dates too. but limited.

In. And count me in for a bottle of Tequila like none has ever tasted before. And that is in a good way (unless you are used to spending $200+ per bottle).

Love ya!

Oh my . . . yes please.

One suggestion, as this is probably best done as an overnight do. Find a location with a Starwood, Hilton, Marriot, etc. property within stumbling distance of each other.

I'll be in the Bay Area from the morning of the 13th until the morning of the 17th when I head off to the DUS III DO.

Back to back Do's, otherwise known as Doo Doo's , not such a great idea. Drinking tequila and going straight to Dus for alt alt alt alt.

I vote for San Diego where we can take the trolley then walk across the border and get into some real trouble. Plenty of Hyatt, Starwood, Hilton, Marriot hotels too.

(619) 231-8549 The San Diego Trolley is an excellent alternative; regular service is provided from downtown San Diego. The trip takes approximately 45 minutes and the cost is $2.00

San Diego really is a good idea. If it's during my time in CA (above) I'll try to make it.

San Diego/Tijuana it is. I have done the trolley to TJ it is convient. I will look up good Tequlia bar in TJ. I can picture right now a Collectivo full of FT's and locals. I will check into hotels. If interested there is a decent MArriott Res inn south of TJ, and lately they have sold their decent sized suites for $109US. But I am thinking everyone would want to stay the night in the States? If not we could set that up. And they have libre beer and vino in the afternoon! Dates are still open. Like to do on a Saturday night. I am still battling my schedule. Lets get a vote on staying in SD or TJ. I also believe you can get $50 or so hotels off Priceline.com in SD I did it once a while back Also throw in any TJ places to go. I usually do Rosarito beach and south when in BCNorte so we could use some vetran advice.
