May 9 for SFO Weekday Lunch

The SF weekday lunch will be held at a restaurant close ot donwtown, BART accessible, with entrees in the $8-10 range.

As I think most have read the speech I've edited it out of the invite...

This is planned as an email-only repsonse event, open to all - as long as
everyone who wants to go emails first.

So - if you'd like to go , email me. I will be in touch as events unfold.

I'm sorry to make this a big deal but i can't stand planning another event that becomes problematic around money and boundaries....

thanks for your cooperation.

Einar and I could come - keep us posted. Have to go to SF anyway about that time for visas to Brazil. Might even bring some friends along.

I am interested, it's just that May 9th doesn't work for me.

But, I'll come to a Monday or Wed. lunch.

This is the 3rd SF GTG scheduled, and it is the 3rd SF GTG where I will be at least 1,000 miles away at the proposed time! This time, I'll be in ORD, so at least the distance is getting smaller. Squeakr, how about doing something down here in Palo Alto when you're local? As for me, I'm in town through May 5, and back again beginning May 13.

Edited to add:
Whoops, it's Stimpy who's gonna be local in Palo Alto, not Squeakr. Sorry! I see an "S" and I get confused....

Unfortunately, a weekday lunch in SF is something I probably couldn't commit to until a day or two prior.

I'd like to meet a few more people in person and maybe attend one or two before doing that. I have tried organizing once before for a smaller city where I go often on business and gotten no response, although that was probably more due to the locale than anything else.
