Having been there yest eve, I couldn't figure out why Randy's voice was getting so choked up about a marketing campaign - until he popped the question! Yeah Randy! Congratulations & thanks for letting me be part of the big moment. Wow - what a first Freddies for me to attend. Very cool. Wonder how he'll top it next year - wedding perhaps?

Although I am far from home at this time. please accept my warmest congratulations.
When Him Indoors proposed to me 17 years ago, he went on one knee and asked me after we had just docked at LGW from LAX. His job allowed him to be airside, and the crew were all on the inside track. I was in full BCAL uniform, and my face was beetroot.
Romantic gestures are wonderful, and I am a complete sucker for them. If you, my dear Mr Peterson have at least as many happy years with your bride to be as I have had, I can wish you nothing more. I do hope that your marrige is one long honeymoon liberally sprinkled with baptisms and anniversaries.
May all the happiness that you have given others through these pages be visted a thousand fold upon you both
