Live from the House of Miles
I am the first to arrive at the HOM for lunch with many other FTers. I finally met Randy in RT. Janet was kind enough to give me a guided tour 'behind the scenes' at the HOM and introduce to me the rest of the staff.

But you should have been here yesterday! It was snowing and traffic was crazy. I was going to get insurance for the car but Randy told me that the weather would be better. I was here for the chat last night and it was fun watching and participating.

We've taken the tour, gotten our t-shirts (thanks Randy!), and are now gabbing, solving all the frequent flyer problems of the world.

And I'm going to cheat here, having had to leave the House of Miles a little while ago to head to the Wyndham to take some conference calls... but a sincere thanks to Randy, Janet, and the rest of the crew at the HoM for their hospitality. And boy, what an office - makes me want to move out here and work there!

Well we all made it here, nice and sunny... Ling got all the snow yesterday :-) Thanks to Randy & Janet ... the t-shirts were great! Off to the hotel and the Awards!!!
