A GOOD DEED FROM A FLYER TALKER

I just wanted to pass this along.

More than 6 months ago, I placed a posting in Coupon Connection offering a discount on Carnival Cruise Lines.

One particular Flyer Talker expressed interest (From Australia) and I sent the coupon at her request directly to her travel agent here in the States.

For whatever reason, the travel agent was not able to accept the coupon and returned the coupon (which I then offered again on Coupon Connection).

Some how during my e-mail correspondence with this Flyer Talker, we ended up talking about golf and the upcoming Australian Tour season. It turns out that she was attending one of the upcoming events.

About two weeks ago, a package arrived from Australia and there was a nice card and an official 2003 Johnnie Walker Classic tournament hat from this Flyer Talk thanking me for sending her the coupon.

I was shocked by the out of the blue card and hat (which is now my favorite, great quality).

Thank You: Susie Q. I wish you a very warm G'Day.

Regards,

JustinCredible

I've only been around since Jan./2003 and I have experienced a number of good deeds from fellow F/T'ers. It's nice to see the good deeds recognized.

Our lives are all richer as a result of our
wonderful FT community.
There is at times some incredible kindness out there of others
Thank you for sharing your experience !
BTW
From my experience Australians are some of the nicest and most generous people you will ever meet .
I travel there at least once or twice a year since the mid 90s and admire there country and people very much.
Some of my closest friends are now from Australia !
