The user name: 'cleveland hopkins airport' has been permanently suspended from FlyerTalk resulting from a recent investigation that involved the legal counsel for that airport. Pretending to represent offical research, the ruse was uncovered and action taken to protect both that airport and the TOC of FlyerTalk. The member involved has been dealt with.

Do you mean the person who posted under the FT handle cleveland hopkins airport over on the FT Airports forum, doing purportedly official surveys there?

The issues with this imposter aside, can you please find a way to forward the comments left in the forum to the appropriate executives at the airport?
I've tried to alert the management at the airport to the issues I raised in the forum via their airport comment cards and have never received any sort of action or even a response.

I honestly do not understand why anyone would do such a thing. What would that person gain from going through the trouble of being an imposter?

It's probably irresponsible to speculate, but . . . 
It seems to have been a well-intentioned CLE cheerleader that was trying to hook the airport up with some constructive criticism. It got a little out of control, though.
(I'm not involved in the "investigation," so this is a pure guess)
