Madrid on the 7th and 8th February

Having been seized with the inexplicable desire to look at dark, gloomy paintings for a weekend, I shall be in Madrid on the 7th and 8th of February. Is anyone else so depressed by winter they want to look at El Grecos with me?

Would be fun, unfortunately I will miss you by a weekend on both sides. I'm due to be in Madrid on Saturday, February 1st, and then again on Saturday and Sunday, February 15-17. If anyone will be around then feel free to email me.

Darn, I live in Madrid and you picked the one weekend that I'm actually going to be in the US.

Don't forget to check out Goya's black paintings on the 2ş floor of the Prado.

Wish I could join you

Was just there last weekend. As part Spaniard, I feel bad saying the Prado is a bit dry. But do visit the Reina Sofia. Probably my favorite art museum in the WORLD.

Also, look forward to great weather in Madrid, particularly, the "Velazquez Sky."

Que lo pases bien. If you want any tips, feel free to email me.
