Works for me. I land at O'Hare at 7:00pm so I will either head over to the restaurant (MTA says that would get me there at 8:30), or first head to the Chicago Hilton, check in, then catch a cab up (which would put me there around 9ish).

*may/will be late, but IIRC Ho7 wants everyone seated at the same time. This would also mean we MUST know whether you'll make it.

Grr.. From what I am hearing, MTA is faster than a cab out of O'Hare.
MTA's Trip Planner says if I leave O'Hare at 7:30, I will be at Clark and Cornelia at 8:26.
If the cab is faster, I'm game. I am supposed to touch down at 7:03 (UA Flight 144 from SFO).
Obviously, I am not going to hold the rest of you up. If the consensus is 8:00 and I can't get there by then, I'll pass.

Well with a party of 7 or 8, they're going to put us at a table that holds 8. So, make the reservation for seven people, and surprise! we have another person....
Pizzaria Uno had a similar type of policy when we drove up from Champaign for some pizza. We preordered one, and when our names were called and we sat down, we realized we were ravenous - so we wanted to order another one. No go, you have to order when you give your name. One of my more enterprising friends went out ostensibly to have a smoke and stopped at the front and gave his name for a new table and preordered our second pizza, then asked politely where the bathrooms were and walked towards them back to our table.
About 45 minutes later, they call our second name, and we tell them that we already have a table and to just bring the second pizza over there. The manager was not amused (but the staff was), however when we suggested that we would just not pay for the second pizza otherwise, he gave in.
Wrigleyville twice in two days (tonight is a pizza gathering for another vice, baseball), I don't know if my system can handle it.
See you all tommorrow!

Information updated:
I reserved a table for 9 at 8pm under the name Vincent.
Ho7 is at 3478 N. Clark. It's only about three or four blocks away from the El. Take the Red Line to Addison, then go south on Sheffield, then west on Cornelia and you're there.
If anyone wants to be added in or dropped out, there's still time; changing the reservation should not be a problem. However, all nine of us (SEA_Tigger excepted) must be there in order for us to be seated, so try to get there at 8.
If you want, E-mail me (last_class at hotmail dot com) and I can give you my cell phone number.
See you all there!

Thanks to all of you for a verra warm welcome on a verra cold night. :-)
Dinner was awesome. Drinks afterwards even better (since they warmed me for the walk to the next bar).
Had a blast at the Field Museum and Shedd Aquarium today, now safely ensconed at the O'Hare Hilton to sleep for my flight tomorrow, upgrades home confirmed.
I enjoyed my time here in the Windy City, and look forward to returning soon.
