2travelfar, DOs are get-togethers of FTers. If you go to one of the sticky threads (threads that stay at the top of the list) in the Community forum, it has a list of the upcoming DOs. Unfortunately, my area hasn't had one in ages and I haven't had the motivation to organize one, so I still haven't been to one. They sound like fun though!

Me too....
I love FT and have made a few posts when I thought I had something useful to add. It may take me a while to graduate to the 100+ post club, but here is one more towards the goal. At least I can feel like part of a community here!

It is not so important as how many posts you have, (Coupon exchange need 90 posts and Omni 180 and specific time on the board for both) You are valued for the information you have to share with the community.

Padding Post Counts - link to this guideline

Welcome to FT ancienthills
(Don't worry, it does get easier - within a few months, you'll have to mentally shift into non-FT language when speaking to non-FTers...)
