Do by the Bay 9/13-9/15
kluau88 and SFOJFK would like to invite the FT Community to experience the City by the Bay, San Francisco. We plan to hold our events in the heart of the Bay Area. For starters on Friday night, we would like to host drinks and a dinner at one of our fine eating establishments.
Saturday is open for experiencing the greatness of the Bay Area. We could hold tours to the Napa Valley. Also, cable car/foot tour could be run around the city. And for those of you who want to can visit Silicon Valley wonders such as Stanford University, the Tech Museum, and the Winchester Mystery House.
Early Saturday night, you can join us for an early dinner before a night at Pacific Bell Park. This night, we will have seats available to see Barry Bonds and crew play the San Diego Padres at 7:05 pm.
On Sunday, you can join us for dim sum at Yank Sing near the historic Embarcadero.
Please respond if you would like to join us for a great weekend around the Bay on September 13-15th. It will help us out planning the restaurants and getting ticket numbers. Also, if you're in the Bay Area and willing to help, please email me [email protected] or kluau88 at [email protected].

Don't worry we'll have a post game drinking spree.

Darn, if it was the week before I'd be able to make Saturday night and Sunday for sure, because I'm going to be in Vegas the day before. Put me down as a maybe, but I won't know for sure until mid-August when I figure out my work travel schedule.

I'm likely a no.
We all get back from SIN late late that Tuesday night and since I have Labor Day AND another trip between that and SIN, it is unlikely I'll be able to squeeze in another trip that close.
Sounds like I'll miss a great get together!

Dates look good for me. I'd likely try to get a Priceline room versus driving/BART'ing in each day, in order to enjoy the evening events.

After talking to magic111, it's official; Beach Blanket Babylon is our other option for Saturday nite. Details on ticket prices are to come. Post show and post game, we all could meet up for drinks in the city.
