Dave,
You know you have good vibrations coming from over here in Typhoon city. Get thee well and and stay that way for a long long time. See yo soon, Mike |
Dave,
Looks like we're all buying, but maybe not booze. I can bring you a chocolate egg cream from NY instead. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/biggrin.gif Dan |
it is good to know, newself that you have friends around the world - whenever you on the westcoast feel alone/lost at night, send me an email, chances are excellent that I will be up already here.
|
Newself,
Get well soon and I look forward to seeing you in Seattle and drinking a pint with you in Kell's. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif |
Hang in there Dave, I'm keeping your sailing seat reserved on the boat. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif You're also added to the prayer list.
Glad to hear that your condition won't affect your beer consumption. Joe |
all my prayers and thoughts with you, mr. newself...hope to have the pleasure of meeting you at a DO!
|
Dave,
Thanks for the update! We'll be looking forward to seeing you and the leash in SEA! If you need anything...just pick up the phone! ~Missy |

Prayers with you, young man. Thanks for keeping us up to date.

Thanks very much for the update Dave!
I'm so sorry to hear about this "issue," and as you know, it could be worse. Most importantly, please take good, or rather excellent care of yourself! You desrve the best! http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif And you well know how your health is paramount. Hang in there, and I do hope that I'll see you soon. All the very best, -Mark |
all prayers and good wishes that you'll recover soon!
Just think nice Hawaii thoughts to put yourself in a good frame of mind. JL |
Dave, wishing you all the best as you look to the future. Was great to see you this past weekend and I look forward to a repeat performance (without such surly interruptions) in Seattle.
|
Dave, have a speedy recovery. Developments like this sure make one appreciate and enjoy life more. And this would be another good reason to come to the SEA Do! http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif
I hope eating desserts would be a part of your treatment. I would have shared mine with you at the next Do had you not owed me two or three already. Keep your chin up, my bets are on you! |
Wow, I woke up from a 4 hour power nap and there were 25 replies with best wishes! You are all amazing and I am glad that I have had the opportunity to meet with all of you at least once in the last 4 years! I am looking forward to many more years of good health which means more FT events! Thanks again for the best wishes!
Dave |
Hey Bud... this is positive news because we all need you around for many, many years to come.
Get some rest, and remember that your health comes WAY before an FT do. There will be plenty of those I'm sure. I especially want you around for a very long time. Who else could be MY BODYGUARD! http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif And if you need a "nurse" I can be there on that wonderful airline called UNITED in five hours. I can bring EDDIE and YAZ if you like. Maybe set up a nice place for you at the LAX PC Club... in one of the conference rooms! http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif Keep us posted bud. |
