Surprised that I had a post of mine deleted. :(
Note: I have e-mailed the administrators of Flyertalk on this, but it's kind of distressing.
And YES... it has nothing to do with community but I don't know where to talk!
I made a post on "MileBuzz" Sunday called "Policy Change at Airline Clubs?" about new rules saying you need a same day ticket to get into airline clubs. I posted a link to my longer thread on the continental thread, since it dealt with President's Clubs.
Went to check the thread tonight and found it's NOt there. GOt this message:

The requested URL /forum/Forum1/HTML/007088.html was not found on this server.
It was in two places, but what is kind of distressing:
*Not told my thread was deleted
*Not told why my thread was deleted.
*Not told if it was moved.
It wasn't a FLAME thread, I didn't see a problem here. And I don't think I ever flamed anyone on FT in my years here.
Inside Flyer friends, if you have any more information could you please let me know.
Thanks! ANd thanks everyone for taking 2 minutes to read this post!

But that stays, and your post gets yanked. Seems a little odd.

Well, it was certainly more Omni than Community. But the remarks by Randy mystify me - I thought it was a funny tongue-in-cheek parody of some other threads in that Forum, and didn't see anything that I would think merits a suggestion of banishment from FT for the posters in that thread. Just my personal opinion.. but did I fail to read some nefarious post?
Edited to clarify that I was responding to GEO's thread - and to add my dismay that the Nut House thread wasn't there long enough for TechGirl to notice I named that tune
