If there's still room, I would like to attend brunch too.

I know I'm late, but I'd like to join in too. Something on Sunday morning will keep me out of trouble on Saturday night.

Uh, right. I said that in New Orleans.

So, if I have a 3:45 UA flight, will I be able to do brunch? If so, then count me as a yes since I finally ticketed!

techgirl:

You should be able to do brunch, if you are cabbing to ORD, leaving around 1:30 - 1:45 would probably be fine. If you're doing public transit, I'd recommend leaving between 12:30 & 1PM.

We will have to leave the brunch and head straight to the airport. Could someone please tell me how far the brunch location is from the Hyatt? Is it a cab ride or walkable with our luggage? Thanks!

paradocs,

With luggage it is a better to grab a cab. It is about twelve blocks and the foot traffic on Michigan Ave. on a Sunday will be beginning to build by the time you are heading to the brunch. Without luggage it is a 15-20 minute walk back and a good way to digest food, but I would not want to try to hump a few suitcases up the road. However if you are doing a wheelie carry-on kind of thing and allocate a few extra minutes it is easily walked.

Thanks Mike! Will do a cab as my husband is not the avid walker that I am. I look forward to meeting you!

*** Brunch Update ***

Due to the great response on brunch, I have been able to increase the reservation to 35 people (there is an absolute ceiling of 40 before we'd have to be considered a "group") so we have room for everyone who has expressed interest so far.

The total price per person with tax & tip will be about $47. Now, this price includes the buffet with coffee, tea & juices, anything else will be up to the individual. Since it is such a
large group and to have one less thing to worry about through the haze of the previous night's revelry, I would ask that everyone who plans to attend send the $47 total to my PayPal account at [email protected]. If PayPal does not work for you, please email me & we can arrange something. Please make sure I receive your payment by Fri. May 31 as the restaurant needs the final headcount 24 hours before.

Thanks for your interest in this and please email me any questions that you have. See you in a few weeks!

- Anna
