Party on the Train -- German FT party
Hi!
We have just had a party with more than 20 FTers today on the LH airrail train ZWS-FRA-ZWA today, including a nice follow-up-party in the Senator lounge in FRA.
Pictures will be posted in the LH forum after Wednesday!

You can go to the senator lounge with an airrail boarding pass, this is no problem at all.
If Amtrak offers miles ... let me know!</font>

So I would have access to the airside lounges at FRA and all the German airports with an Airrail ticket?
NICE/SCHON!I don't know if Amtrak(spelling?) gives miles... I was kidding... Would prefer a plane, but I would do it. I never take trains in the US, but I do in Europe and love them.
I took the Swiss doubledecker from Lausanne to Aerport Geneve and back, oh that is a nice train! ciao

Yup; that one does the 'backbone' route (GVA - St. Gallen via Lausanne, BRN, ZRH). Very, very nice train - why can't the UK people do that???
