Party on the Train -- German FT party
 

Hi!

We have just had a party with more than 20 FTers today on the LH airrail train ZWS-FRA-ZWA today, including a nice follow-up-party in the Senator lounge in FRA.

Pictures will be posted in the LH forum after Wednesday!

You can go to the senator lounge with an airrail boarding pass, this is no problem at all.
If Amtrak offers miles ... let me know!

I don't know if Amtrak(spelling?) gives miles... I was kidding... Would prefer a plane, but I would do it. I never take trains in the US, but I do in Europe and love them.

I took the Swiss doubledecker from Lausanne to Aerport Geneve and back, oh that is a nice train! ciao

They have some kind of frequent rider program. Don't whehther it's mileage or point based, tho.

Yup; that one does the 'backbone' route (GVA - St. Gallen via Lausanne, BRN, ZRH). Very, very nice train - why can't the UK people do that??? http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/mad.gif

Very fuuny! Think Sh*ttle, then make it twice as a bad. This makes doing a RTW in Y on Air China look really fantastic.
