From where have you Flyertalked?

I've done it from home, on the road, heck, with the help of auh2o, even on an airplane over the Atlantic.

But this morning at my gym (Sport and Health Alexandria) I got on one of the new elliptical machines and saw that there was internet access on the panel (as well as TV and radio). So I flyertalked while I worked out.

These things may not be new (I'm sure you've had them on the LEFT coast for years...), but they sure are new to me....and if I can get as addicted to the elliptical as I am to FT, well....

From where?
Home and office;
Hotels in Pasadena, Seattle, Fort Worth, Singapore, and Arlington (Virginia);
Internet cafes in London, Osaka, and Boston;
A friend's house in Tokyo;
but never yet while on a conveyance. Maybe this year . . .

I can attest to our wireless LAN's capability to deliver connectivity to the Men's Room. Sure beats reading the newspaper.

Hmmm... I've flyertalked, from SIN, NRT, LHR, FRA, and AMS.

I flyertalked from the National Rowing Championships last may in Camden, NJ.

I've flyertalked on Fisherman's Wharf in SF as well as at PacBell Park during a Giants game.

I've flyertalked, from a random kiosk in Philly and one at the Atlanta Airport Hilton.

And I've flyertalked from P(H)unki's house too!

[Warning: TMI]

Much, much to my regret, I can report I have been replied to on FT by someone on the toilet.

Now I understand the sound buttons on the FT chat menu.

I have done it from work and home of course.

Also from the Hilton Times Square in NYC during the CMD III, from Homewood Suites in Washington and from a friends house in YYC.

As an FT addict, I confess that I have been on FT in many hotels and airline clubs around the world. However, the experience that was most jarring was sitting in the Sinh travel cafe in Hanoi in January. The computer was adjacent to the front door, with all the busy street life of Hanoi outside. It seemed surreal to be on Chat, talking travel, with the hustle and bustle of Vietnamese street vendors, bicyclers, and bikers only a few feet away.
