Another Chicago Do Hotel Option
This post will have some information and a short rant.
Info - called both of the Embassy Suites. We can get a $159 rate at the lakefront one (+the 14.9% tax). Wonderful view and near Navy Pier. The same restrictions apply...I would have to guarantee 10 rooms for two nights.
Rant - the sales manager there seemed to be stuck on the word "Great". OK, when I said I was interested in 10 rooms, 'great' is a fine response. But when she asked my phone number and I rattled off the area code XXX, she said great, when I gave her the next three numbers, she said great, and yet another great when I recited the final four digits.
Was she great or what?
