22FEB evening: chexfan on display @ IAD

With nothing going on this weekend in SEA and high hopes of racking up some bumps from friday business travel to SEA and PDX, I am anticipating a long visit at the IAD RCC today.

Anyone up for a visit to the Old Dominion Brewing Co. or Samuel Adams Brew House?

Well, there's an airline store in the main part of the terminal-- you can buy models from different foreign airlines like Aces, Olympic, and Silk Air. That's a place to kill a little time.

Later if you have more than a fwe hours, you can ride route 5A from Dulles to downtown for $1.10. The bus leaves hourly ( about on the half hour) and makes 2 stops before L'Enfant Plaza. L'Enfant Plaza is 3 blocks from the Air and Space Museum.

Or, from the Rosslyn stop on Route 5A, you can ride the Georgetown Shuttle into Georgetown-- the bus runs every 10 minutes.

Just some thoughts.
