Not to worry PremEx - I'm not that way inclined. But honestly, if one was so inclined, how could one go past someone who has given us (at least those of us in United land) so much useful information and support over the years, and how could anyone resist a guy with the name _Love_?

But don't worry, I'm interested in someone with a few more curves in the right places

I suppose "real" FT couples could be quite hard to form - as everyone's always on the road. However imagine the joy of both passing that elite level together, enjoying that free night's stay in a special resort, and of course having your own private "coupon connection"?

okay I think I'll leave this thread well alone from now on

I know of at least 5 ... and that doesn't count people who fell in love with themselves on FlyerTalk... but my lips are sealed.

And here I was afraid if I attended the JAN singles do, it would be all about meeting that special someone and walking down the aisle with kids soon after ... Aaahhhhhhhh!

Thanks, I may just go, now that that I know I won't have to worry about coupling up ... at least in a way that's legal.

I can think of at least one couple that met via FT that was at both CatManDo III in NYC and the FT meeting in San Diego in July. (He posted a question. She replied via e-mail. The rest is history.)

I have only met a few nice people, but I am happily partnered and so were they.

However, I have a nice brother, DL PM next year, good job (doctor), single, living in the midwest I'm trying to set up.

I think the idea of meeting someone through FT or FT friends is a neat idea. Finding someone with the same passions is always a plus.

Good thing DP and I like to travel so much, sometimes those hours on a plane, happily both sitting and reading books in anticipation of a meal in paris or a gambol in strasbourg are just as memorable.

Hmmmmmmm. How long do these relationships have to last to count? I think of 5 as well but, at least so far, none of them have resulted in any knot tying.

One roundtrip trans-Atlantic or one trans-Pacific flight (together) followed by a duration of at least one week (together).

Would that be in F or Coach? And would that be upgraded to a Suite or not?

Availability is restricted. Bonus miles only apply to base miles flown within the relationship, and do not count towards any elite status (except within the eyes of your S.O. ). Offer only valid to residents of FT - you may be required to show proof of handle prior to boarding. Miles flown on partner airlines do not apply (jealousy may offend!). Tickets must be purchased in one of the following fare classes: K (kissing), H (hugging), M (massage), B (beautiful), Y (yes), D (Delightful), C (Courtship), A (amour) or F (not saying!). Upgrades available to a higher class on presentation of flowers, wine or chocolates (please check with your agent for applicable upgrade requirements). Not valid on Government fares booked in G class. Void where prohibited by law.

I am predicting that the children of any FT union will require some serious cult deprogramming and years and years of intense psychotherapy.

Are you offering your services and, if so, how many miles for a Premier deprogramming?

Support organization with chapters locally:

and there's

EP Anonymous
("My name is Jerry and I'm an executive platinum.")

They are famous for their 12 step program with the 12th step being that you board a flight DFW-LAX with NO UPGRADE REQUESTED.
