If you like Chinese food but hate the amount of oil used, try Billy Kwong on Crown Street in Surry Hills. Excellent (even in the critical eyes of my family)

Avoid the Rockpool. Quality seems to have deteriorated. FWIW, Kylie Kwong who owns the former used to be chef at the latter.

Four Points Sheraton is very good just as InterContinental. Doyle's at The Quay or Watson's Bay is superb for A la Carte seafood. For an unlimited supply of food try the Garden Buffett at the casino which is better than Hilton since I've never been served food there that was either off or inappropriately prepared.
