Indeed there have been "banishments" issued - more than one - after earlier warnings went unheeded. 
Yet Randy has never officially disclosed any names. More importantly, he specifically asked that these folks NOT be named as it is not to be a topic for posting and discussion as I clearly recall!
So I have nothing more to say regarding this matter!
