Sorry, magic111. I didn't mean to lash at you and I'm sorry if it came across that way. Tone is hard to convey in cold print (although I did try by adding the emoticon). 
What I was trying to do was to carry your thought a bit further - the last paragraph was not related to you, it was just a {somewhat grumpy} general expostulation on folk who are willing to uncritically accept as true any "factoid" someone posts.
