SInce Larry U says he wants midtown, then any suggestions there?
Or maybe a Peter Lugar's run?
Here's the bad news guys: I may or may not be available to do fornos on saturday night because I have a personal engagement I really need to fulfill. I'll know more later.

I just spoke with Catman and it looks like we will head to Forno's on Saturday night, March 3. We'll make reservations in a couple of weeks.
Meanwhile, we are also planning to meet for dinner somewhere in midtown for the preceding Friday, details still to be worked out.

Ok, I offer three choices:
1. Steak. Sparks. Or we could try something news (Palm Court or other famous steakhouse. RichG maybe you can offer ideas.)
2. Cite Restaurant, the official party place for the Catman DO Trois. (since LarryU won't be there!
)
3. Tennessee Mountain, the official rib place of FLyertalk, East Coast.
I'm leaning toward Cite so those of us who are coming can give it a taste test.
Let me know guys because I'd like to make early reservations. Thanks
PS: Gaucho, why don't you join us so I can find out why you should be flamed.

I'll be flying into JFK from SFO on Feb 27 and will check into the Hilton on the 28th so I would be happy to hook up any evening. Are you going to be able to make any of the official FT dinners on Friday or Saturday?

Any of the restaurant choices mentioned above are OK with me... I'd also like to add the Old Homestead, which Catman, DHammer, and Burkey will remember we had a fine time at last year.
