Wyndham International

Greetings, travelers. I am a reporter from a national newspaper looking for guests who have stayed at a Wyndham International hotel within the past year and sampled their "Wyndham by Request" program, permitting you to make requests of, say, nuts and beer in your king-size, non smoking room away from the elevator, and they guarantee that you will have that kind of room every time you stay in a Wyndham. If you have experienced this program, I'd like to know about your experiences. Thank you very much.

I did. There were just some "minor" mistakes in BOS and YUL, but they were resolved very fast after just one phone call.
On all other occasions the program weorked extremly well. Contacting the WbR manager at the location directly got me rooms the very best rates, rooms even when officially sold out and a very nice gift at my last birthday.

The "awards" offered to you via email are way too "US centric" and way too limited (time AND location)
